Note – none of the numbers below include any items that may be needed to implement your site: specialized software, domain registration, hosting, image purchases, image storage, etc. Where possible, I will recommend high-quality free or low cost options to help control costs.
Website Design and Development
Do It Yourself Silver – access to courses and forums, all questions user might have being answered there by myself and/or fellow members. $35/month.
Do It Yourself Gold – access to courses and forums, all questions user might have being answered there by myself and/or fellow members; plus messaging and email (I will respond during normal U.S. business hours 9am – 5pm EST/EDT, or by appointment). $50/month.
Coached Do It Yourself – this is Do It Yourself plus my personal coaching assistance. More expensive than a Minor Tuneup and less expensive than a Turnkey Site. Includes 3 months of monthly maintenance and course/forum membership. $750 – $2500 (estimate will be provided based on evaluation of project complexity).
Turnkey Site Development – you give me the info, and I put the whole thing together. Cost in the thousands, includes 6 months of monthly maintenance and course/forum membership. This includes porting a non-WordPress site to WordPress. $2500 and up (estimate will be provided based on evaluation of project complexity).
Site Maintenance
Minor Tuneup – one time review and updating of existing WordPress site, locking down security, setting up backups and tuning performance with a report containing recommendations for further things the owner can do. $250.
Major Tuneup – this will be required for sites that are seriously out of date, use many deprecated plugins or themes, or have been hacked and need to have malware removed. $250 and up.
Monthly Maintenance – updates and security checks for a monthly fee. Includes 3 months access to courses and unlimited access to forums. Answers to simple questions via messaging or email, but no site changes other than updates needed for security and performance. Requires a Minor or Major Tuneup first. $25/month.
Other Services
Explainer Videos – short and cartoon style marketing videos [like this one] explaining your business or services; video editing; price depends on length and complexity. $300 and up.
A La Carte Services – technology consulting and coaching: minor changes to a site, education, training videos and manuals, input on planning, migrating site to another host, etc. Hourly rate $70.
